A Heartfelt Thank You from Katami Designs!
Posted by Negar Khatami on
This February, we would like to show our gratitude to all of our loyal friends and clients who have supported us since we opened our doors nearly six years ago! We celebrated the holiday season as one should, surrounded by art, wine, live music, and friends both new and old! What a great way to spend a cold December eve, surrounded by stunning local art and jewelry! Alistair MacRae has spent close to a decade developing his art practice through intensive studio-work and studies conducted in the UK and Europe. He has lived in many different cities until recently settling down in Vancouver, where he works...

New Acrostic Collection
Posted by Negar Khatami on
Negar Khatami has just launched her new Acrostic collection, in which she has put a modern and sophisticated twist on an age-old literary device. These unique and exquisite pieces are cast in 14K gold and set with hand-selected precious stones. The first of each stone represents that same letter in the alphabet, thus enabling the wearer to sport a hidden word or phrase in an acrostic fashion. Note that each elegant, diamond-shaped pendant is adorned with a different precious stone, instilling the collection with a timeless quality. You can view and purchase this collection online, and choose from a variety...
